Construction from a Greenfield of a complete palm oil processing facility in the middle of the plantations

Industrial Operation: 1992

Plant capacity :

  • Refining : 60 MTPD of olein from RBD
  • Packaging : 4.500 l/hour of olein in 1 lt bottles,
  • 400 jerry cans/hour of 1 gallon
  • Soap : 2.000 kg/hour of laundry soap of 350 gr/piece.
Processing units :
- Refinery plant : dry pretreatment for degumming,
- bleaching and filtration plant, continuous oil
- deodorizing plant, condensing of fatty acids,
- fractionation plant.
- Semi-boiled soap manufacturing
- Manufacture of PVC 1 lt bottles
- Conditioning lines : automatic for 4.500 bt of 1 lt/h,
- semi-auto for 400 jerry cans of 1 USG/h, manual
- for 60 tins of 18 lt/h and 4.000 drums of 200 lt/h.
